Fruity Alcoholic Drinks
Cool, refreshing fruit drinks are a summertime favourite and as a bartender or waitron you’ll find that many patrons are trying to escape the heat and take refuge in your venue over the season.
Most fruits, whether it’s whole pieces or simply the juice, lend themselves to beverages really well and they’re so refreshing. Frozen drinks, drinks on the rocks and smoothiescan all be enhanced by just adding fruit. All you need is a blender or shaker and you can add your favourite fruit to your favourite drinks.

- Strawberry Mango Margarita
Make a Strawberry Mango Margarita by combining 1 cup of ice, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, tequila, triple sec and mango juicein the blender.
Start blender on the ice crush setting and then switch to frappe. Serve in a margarita glass.
- Apple Grande
Create an Apple Grande by chilling some tequila and apple cider. Combine them in an old-fashioned glass and stir.Simple, tasty and so refreshing.
- Pineapple Daiquiri
Combine 1 and a half oz. of light rum, four pineapple chunks, a tablespoon of lime juice and ½ tsp. sugar with crushed ice in the blender. Mix together at low speed just long enough to combine the ingredients. Serve in a champagne flute or another pretty glass.
